We are pleased to advise that we have been able to offer Royal Mail as an option to our publishers for UK orders again. However, to do so we offer this via a third party courier called Landmark Global. This means that while your order will arrive via Royal Mail on their Tracked 48 service, it is collected and processed by Landmark before being handed over to Royal Mail.


This will result in transit taking longer and deliver times being closer to 4-5 working days rather than the 48 hours advised by Royal Mail alone.


As usual, we will send you a shipping notification email to let you know once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. This notification will include an estimated delivery time and will specify if any tracking is available on your order. 


Please do not worry if your tracking information is not active straight away, as it is likely still on its way to the Landmarks sorting hub and will receive an update as soon as it is scanned onto their system there. Your shipping notification will also advise you of the expected activation time for your tracking, so please bear that in mind.


Please submit a new support ticket with us here if your tracking still has not activated in that time, and we will try to get you an update on your parcel's current status.
