We will send you a shipping notification email to let you know once your parcel has been dispatched from our UK warehouse. This notification will include an estimated delivery time and will specify if any tracking is available on your order. This will vary depending on the destination country and the type of postal service used.


Please do not worry if your tracking information is not active straight away, as it is likely still on its way to the courier's sorting hub for your country and will receive an update as soon as it is scanned onto their system there. Your shipping notification will also advise you of the expected activation time for your tracking, so please bear that in mind.


Please submit a new support ticket with us here if your tracking still has not activated in that time, and we will try to get you an update on your parcel's current status.
