Please let us know if you are expecting to receive an order but have moved or believe we may have an incorrect address. Depending on the order's status we may be able to update the details before the parcel is shipped from our warehouse, or we may be able to ask the postal service to redirect it for you.


However please bear in mind that this may not always be possible due to the large volumes of orders to be processed, and the postal service is not always able to help if the parcel has already been shipped.


Your order should be returned to us as undeliverable if the address is incomplete, or the delivery is refused at an old address. The postal service has advised that it can take a while for returns to reach us, as postal services do not consider them a priority, so please bear this in mind. We will let you know if we do receive your order back at our warehouse, so that we can confirm your correct address and arrange for it to be reshipped to you.

If you believe that the parcel has already been delivered to an old address then we would recommend attempting to contact the current occupants or a neighbour, to see if they can help you pick it up or forward it on to you. Please submit a new ticket with us if you have no luck there and we can advise you on next steps then.
