Shipping Update - Canadian Backers - Recent Strike Action

Modified on Tue, 14 Oct, 2025 at 11:49 AM

Following a full national strike that began on 25th September 2025, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has now transitioned to rotating strikes as of 11th October 2025. Canada Post has begun a phased restart of its national operations, so our Tracked DPU services to Canada are no longer suspended and any orders previously held due to the strikes will be released for processing as soon as possible. However please expect significant delays after parcels are presented to the carrier due to the accumulated backlog and ongoing localized disruptions within the postal system.

We would ask that you please give more time for tracking to update before reaching out to our customer service team to investigate, if your parcels do not seem to be moving - it is probably delayed due to the backlog and further strikes.
