Your parcel may be returned by the postal system if there is an address query or if it is unclaimed following an unsuccessful delivery attempt. We will contact you when the arrives at our warehouse and can check the label for a reason for the return. We will then liaise with the publisher or fulfilment partner to ensure your order can be reshipped to you. Please note that they may require payment of an additional postage fee, depending on the circumstances.


In the meantime please double-check the delivery address in the shipping notification you received for any potential errors, and let us know if it is correct.


Postal services do not consider returns a priority, so unfortunately it may take a while for your parcel to reach us and any tracking information may not be as precise. For international orders this can sometimes take up to 60 days, so please bear this in mind.
