How do I report a missing or incorrect item?

Please submit a new ticket with photographs of our invoice and the labels on your parcel, along with a description of any missing or additional items received. This will help us to investigate what has happened, and then advise you on our next steps in regards to a replacement or return. Please also specify the number of parcels you received, as this may tell us if another parcel is missing in the postal system or mislabelled by a courier.


We do find that thin card packs and other small items may sometimes slip under the flaps at the bottom of a box or hide amongst the packaging materials, so please check double-check there before contacting us just in case.
